Ingredients4 fish fillets
- 4 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
- ¼ cup chopped parsley
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Salt to taste
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Drizzle olive oil over fish. Salt to taste and add garlic and parsley.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes until done.
- Serve after first course of your choice of pasta.
